Please register early as classes fill quickly.
Childbirth I: Preparing for Birth, contains information you will need to prepare for labor and delivery of your baby. This class is offered free of charge. You may also wish to sign up for Childbirth II: Preparing for Baby. We recommend that you begin taking classes any time after the 28th week of gestation, but before the 37th week in case you deliver early.
Registration is required and includes the expectant mother and one adult support person. Please call 239-1400 for more information or if you need to cancel your registration.

All classes are held at Portneuf Medical Center in the Conference Center- Mink Creek Classroom, located on the ground floor.
