Lung & Sleep Disorders

Lung and Sleep Disorders

Committed to Excellent Care

The Lung and Sleep Specialists focus on the diagnosis and treatment of conditions and disease of the lungs and respiratory tract. We also work with patients in providing services through a nationally accredited sleep lab. We are certified to practice critical care medicine and provide treatment for hospitalized patients.

In addition to caring for patients in the hospital with more severe or complicated lung problems, our specialists are often the primary physician caring for extremely ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Although pulmonologists do not perform surgery they perform endoscopy of the lungs and bronchial tubes (bronchoscopy) and other non-surgical procedures related to the lungs such as thoracentesis (removing fluid from around the lung with a needle and catheter) and tracheotomy placement and care.

Our board certified pulmonologist has expertise in a broad range of adult lung disorders such as COPD, chronic severe asthma, and unusual lung diseases such as sarcoidosis. Lung specialists are also responsible for investigating abnormal findings on chest x-rays or chest CT scans, evaluation of shortness of breath, or chronic cough.

We are here for you with advanced treatments in the full spectrum of Pulmonary Medicine (diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the respiratory system) and Sleep Medicine (diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders and disorders that affect sleep).

We value our patients, medical providers, and staff and believe there must be trust, honesty, mutual respect and a shared interest in doing what is best for the patients’ health. If we can assist you with any questions or concerns regarding our clinic, or if you need assistance in finding a primary care provider, please contact our clinic at 208-239-2640.
