POCATELLO, Idaho (May 20, 2019) – Skyline Surgery Center is excited to welcome Portneuf Medical Center and Mountain View Hospital as new partners. Portneuf Medical Center and Mountain View Hospital join with Bingham Memorial Hospital in forming a joint venture with the local physician owners of Skyline. The joint venture will maintain the high quality, personalized care you have come to expect from Skyline Surgery Center.
“Skyline Surgery Center has been providing outpatient surgical services to the citizens of eastern Idaho for the last six years. Bringing in two new hospital partners, Portneuf Medical Center and Mountain View Hospital, allows Skyline to expand these services to give more options for patients and physicians,” said Jeff Stucki, DO, president of Skyline Surgery Center.
“Skyline Surgery Center has helped lead the way in providing a wide variety of medical options in Bannock County,” said Jake Erickson, CEO Bingham Healthcare. “By expanding how closely our hospitals and surgeons work with Skyline, more patients throughout Eastern Idaho, who qualify for outpatient surgery, will benefit from a more convenient and cost-effective surgical option.”
“Having been born and raised in Pocatello, my goal in founding Skyline Surgery Center was to bring low-cost medical services to the community I love. It brings me much happiness to see this unprecedented cooperation between three hospitals and conscientious physicians come to fruition,” said Ryan Hope, MD, past President and Skylines original founder.
“This additional site of care means more convenience, better access to care, and more healthcare delivery options for patients,” said Dan Ordyna, CEO Portneuf Medical Center. “Skyline is a first-class surgical facility staffed by professionals dedicated to service excellence. We welcome them and look forward to continuing to offer a variety of outpatient surgical options.”
“The collaboration between our three hospitals and the excellent surgeons involved in Skyline brings together the best healthcare minds in the region to provide the quality and value that will benefit the community for years to come,” said James Adamson, CEO Mountain View Hospital.
