Amber Frost, NP-C is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelors of Science in Biology and Nursing at Idaho State University, and finished her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati.
Amber comes from a long line of healthcare providers. Her family strongly encouraged Amber to stay away from healthcare because of the stress and anxiety that it can sometimes bring. However, after several years of exploring other options Amber could not stay away from the world of healthcare. She loves that her work gives her an opportunity to be in a challenging and educational environment every day.
When Amber is treating patients she strives to be someone who cares, listens, is knowledgeable and is on the same team; because that’s the care she would want to receive.
Amber wants her patients to know that “It is important to find something that works for you and is sustainable…get active, get outside, eat as healthy as you can, and make healthy habits a permanent part of your life.”
When Amber is not caring for patients, she enjoys dragging her two beautiful, active daughters along with her to go running, hiking, mountain biking and camping. She could not imagine living anywhere other than Southeastern Idaho.
