Savannah Hendricks, PA-C is a certified physician assistant with the hospitalist group at Portneuf Medical Center. She is driven to help people live their healthiest and happiest lives and sought out a career that would allow her to put patients at the center of her practice. She appreciates the challenge of medicine and enjoys assisting patients heal and recover.
After being exposed to hospitalist medicine, Savannah chose it as her specialty. She realized she loved being able to help patients feel better during the acute phase of an illness as well as the critical thinking involved in healing patients. For her, it is immensely satisfying to see patients discharged to home feeling better than when they arrived.
Savannah has lived in other parts of the world, including England, Japan, and Dubai. She appreciates working with people of various backgrounds and cultures. She came to Southeast Idaho for her undergraduate degree and has found it to be a difficult place to leave because of the wonderful people, beautiful outdoors, and feeling of community.
Savannah loves to read, watch movies with her husband, hike, ski, and travel.
