About Gabriela Anghel, MD
Gabriela C. Anghel, MD is board certified in Internal Medicine. She attended medical school at GR.T. Popa University of Medicine & Pharmacy Iasi, Romania and completed her residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital-South Shore, Far Rockaway, NY.
She was raised in a smaller city in Romania and the pace of life really allowed people to connect in a very fundamental way. She remembers always having a certain understanding of the challenges that other people face in life.
As a doctor of Internal Medicine, Dr. Anghel’s ability to listen and provide empathy, as well as deliver great medical advice, serve her patients well. When Dr. Anghel isn’t practicing medicine she likes to pursue her hobbies of drawing and painting. She also enjoys gardening, nature hikes, reading, and classical music.
