Matthew Gregson, PA is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant. In 1993 he received his BS degree in Biology from Idaho State University. In 2013, he returned to Idaho State University where he graduated in 2015 with a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies. He joined the gastroenterology group in 2015.
He was born in Iowa, but raised in Southeast Idaho and is now raising two children here.

Very good visit
Very good survice
Matt Gregson is absolutely the BEST GI professional I have ever seen (in over 40 years of living with GI and IBD issues). He listens and Includes me in "next steps". He clearly has stayed informed and current on medical Information that Is relevant to me. He is able to discern my symptoms between the two GI issues I have which I haven't found In any other medical professionals that past 37 years. I never feel rushed and I ALWAYS feel heard AND understood. I am SO VERY APPRECIATIVE of Matt!!! I am so thankful that I am a patient of his!
Thankful the doctor decided to do more tests I had no clue I had sirossis I'm not an alcoholic don't drink but my fatty liver disease caused this trouble never ever expected this so they are doing all the nessary tests to help figure this out

The PA I saw was amazing. He listened to my questions about sensitive medical problelms, and made me feel comfortable and able to discuss anything with him. He was so knowledgeable and helpful.
PA was awesome… Felt he was a little rushed but stopped when I started to ask a question and he answered.
Dr Gregson is excellent at communicating his concerns and listening to my questions as well as answering them.
The provider did not explain the situation of the neck mri. He only stated I have a pinched nerve from neck and explained cordizone shot

I've seen Dr Gregson many times over the years & he is consistently caring, informative& understands my gastro problems. I learn something new from him w/ each visit. He's very calm & I appreciate that as I tend to get nervous about changes in my digestive system as I age.

I struggle with anxiety related to doctors and medication. Matthew took so much time to explain everything to me. I felt cared for. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of treatment options and current research. This is exactly what I was looking for. I want a provider who is continuing to learn and search for the best options for patients.
Matt is extremely knowledgeable about gastric reflux problems since he has the same problem. He is great!
