Bo has always been great in listening to my concerns. He makes sure that I understand what my options for treatment are and any risks that could be involved.

Not only was his care very good, he treated my attitude respectfully even though I was rude. Hopefully he saw that I wasn't myself due to the pain. He even had the MD swing in to assure me we were doing the right things.

He was honest, said the shot may or may not help. Advised me to take an antihistamine, which I did soon as I returned home. Following up in 4 wks.

Very impressed with care provider!!

Very unhappy with Boe the PA. Was very aggressive when testing my knee. Pain was a 9 out of 10 and he wasn't gentle at all. Didn't adequately communicate available options for treatment. Seemed to be in a hurry and didn't care about his patient at all. Very unhappy with overall care.

Time spent with PA Simmons total of 5 minutes. This time included cursory examination , diagnosis, treatment options, and surgery procedure. Now, I'm scheduled for major surgery with many unanswered questions.
