Daniel Rick, PA-C began his career as an EMT before becoming a wildland firefighter, where he also served as the crew EMT. After several years, he decided to further his medical studies. He describes his desire to serve others as always present, though the way he delivered that service has changed.

He always knew that surgery was the long-term goal, but Daniel wanted to build a strong foundation of the basics of medicine before finally venturing out into the complex specialized world of general surgery and trauma.

Daniel currently is serving in the Army Reserve. When he isn’t working, he likes to get out on the Southeast Idaho trails with his dogs. He also enjoys drawing and painting.
