Elisabeth was amazing at listening to me and explaining my diagnosis in a way that I could understand. Despite the challenges of management of my condition, she was very encouraging and positive about how we can get this hopefully under control.

Dr. Spraggins went over my echocardiogram with me in detail using an excellent model of the heart that she had in the exam room. We discussed all of my medications and she renewed all of them online. Her explanations were very clear and she answered all of my questions in a way that I could easily understand.
