About Jordan Chapman, APRN-CNP

Jordan Chapman, NP, is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He earned his Bachelors of Science in nursing from Idaho State University and his Masters of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner at Clarkson College. Prior to attaining his NP, Jordan Chapman worked in Portneuf Medical Center’s Post–anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) as well as Portneuf’s Same Day Surgery.

Born and raised in Blackfoot, Jordan is passionate about providing care to patients in Southeastern Idaho. He enjoys helping people attain better health by guiding them to best outcomes.

When not working or spending time with his wife and son, Jordan enjoys sports, camping and fishing.
