About Steven Coxe, PA-C
Steven C. Coxe, PA-C is certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and board certified by the Idaho Board of Medicine. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and zoology, as well as a master’s degree in physician assistant studies (MPAS) from Idaho State University. Upon completing his physician assistant training, Steve worked in Southeast Idaho in gastroenterology, oncology, and interventional radiology. With the desire to practice in underserved rural communities, he moved to Eastern Montana and Eastern Wyoming worked for nine years running a rural clinic as well as practicing emergency medicine. He also worked for eight years in gastroenterology. Steve looks forward to providing personal and compassionate care to the community in the diagnosis and treatment or sleep-related issues.
Steve was born and raised in Pocatello. When he’s not practicing medicine, he can be found restoring classic cars, riding his motorcycle, or enjoying Idaho’s wildlife.

Steve Coxe is THE BEST I have ever had at listening, understanding and explaining. He appears to be there with me for as long as needed. I don’t feel like he is rushing me “out the door” like most doctors. He is a good resource.
