About Gustin Blad, APRN-CNP
Gus Blad, FNP-BC was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho. His caring personality and natural ability to help others led him to the nursing profession. As he was caring for people, as a Registered Nurse, he wanted to be able to do more for the patients he served. He decided to continue is education at Idaho State University, graduating as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2011. His degree allows him to provide complete care to those patients he sees.
He is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife and four children. He is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys volunteering throughout the community in youth programs. He looks to continue his service at Portneuf Medical Group and knows that you’ll breathe easier and sleep better under his care.
