About Elisabeth Spraggins
Elisabeth earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from Western Governor University in Salt Lake City, Utah. Prior to pursuing her NP, Elisabeth worked as a nurse for eight years, with the majority of her nursing career being in adult intensive care.
As she worked in the ICU, Elisabeth developed a significant interest in cardiology and specialized in the care of heart failure patients, cardiac support devices, and post MI and CABG patients. Eventually, Elisabeth decided to obtain her NP with the goal of helping patients prevent disease, slow disease progression, and retain quality of life.
Elisabeth and her husband moved to northern Utah several years ago to be closer to family and to take advantage of the outdoor opportunities. Southeastern Idaho is a natural fit for them as there are many year-round outdoor recreational opportunities, and the community size and pace fit their lifestyle.
In her free time Elisabeth enjoys spending time with her husband doing many outdoor activities including hiking, biking, and snowshoeing. They are working to see every national park in the US and have been able to visit 40 of the 63 national parks.

Patient Reviews for Elisabeth Spraggins, APRN-FNP
-
This was the best visit I have ever had in my life with a medical professional! I am extremely pleased with Elizabeth. First, she patiently listened to my concerns. Then, she explained everything so well, calming my worries and explaining my situation so I could understand. She really seemed to care.
-
Elisabeth was very attentive to everything about my visit. She had reviewed all of the notes from my previous visits so she knew my entire history.
-
I was unsatisfied with my appointment. I have family history of heart disease and have been taking a proactive approach over the last 10 years. I was not happy my provider telling that I do not need to come back to the office until something is seriously wrong with my heart.
-
She was very professional, well spoken and highly intelligent
